Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Ayodhya Yatra, we understand that plans can change. We aim to keep our cancellation policy fair and transparent.
1. Taxi Services Cancellation
- Cancellation 24 hours prior to travel: Full refund of advance payment minus nominal administrative fees.
- Cancellation within 12-24 hours: 50% of the advance deposit may be retained to cover driver scheduling.
- Same-day cancellation / No-Show: Advance payment non-refundable.
2. Tour Packages & Hotel Bookings
Hotel cancellations are subject to the specific hotel partner’s cancellation rules. Any non-refundable hotel portion will follow the hotel’s guidelines.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via original payment mode within 5–7 working days.
